We took the boys to Evelyn's Birthday Bash on Saturday. They enjoyed discovering new foods like gourmet cheeses and hummus, but the cupcakes were their food of choice.
Brett came out from Vegas for the party, so the boys got to spend some time with their uncle. Evelyn and Brett came over for a short visit on Sunday. Brett played lots of rough boy games with them including pretending to be tigers. Blake asked Brett, "Have you ever been bitten by a real tiger?" To which Brett answered no. Blake continued, "Oh..that's lucky!" We all got a kick out of that. Watch our for those tigers Brett!
The boys made sure to have Aunt Evelyn read them The Lorax. I see now why Scott always had Evelyn read that story to him when he was little, she is definitely an animated storyteller.
